Meet the Tampa Team Behind Bradford Remodeling Co Tampa
When you hire a remodeling contractor in Tampa, you’re not hiring a logo. You’re hiring the people who show up at your door, walk through your house, and put their hands on your walls. Our crew is the reason Bradford Remodeling Co Tampa runs the way it does. Every person on our payroll is background-checked, uniformed, and held to The Garrison Standard, the same framework that has shaped every Garrison Partners location since 2004. What unites this team isn’t a slogan. It’s a shared intolerance for sloppy work, vague pricing, and schedules that drift. We know the difference between a job done fast and a job done right, and we don’t confuse the two.

Our People

Curtis Lane, Owner
Curtis Lane runs Bradford Remodeling Co Tampa the way he has always run job sites: straight, calm, and allergic to excuses. He has spent years walking Tampa homes after other contractors left, fixing the things that were never supposed to fail in the first place. He can tell you what “substrate” means (the surface your finishes sit on) without making you feel like you should have known. He believes every remodel starts with a written price, and every remodel ends with a signed guarantee in the homeowner’s hand. When he’s not on a site or at the office, he’s usually somewhere in Tampa studying a building envelope or a set of plans, quietly deciding how he’d do it better.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus T. has been doing finish work long enough to have opinions about caulking, and he’ll share them if you ask. He specializes in kitchen remodels, with a particular eye for cabinet installation, countertop templating, and the kind of tight tolerances that separate a good kitchen from one that just looks good in photos. Marcus handles KraftMaid and Wellborn cabinetry with the patience those systems require. Off the clock, he’s usually restoring furniture in his garage or cooking for a crowd with mixed reviews.
Elena R., Senior Installer
Elena R. leads our larger whole-home remodel crews and is the person you want on the line when framing, waterproofing, and sequencing all have to happen in the right order. She came up through exterior work, so she knows James Hardie and GAF products from the sharp end, and she understands Tampa weather well enough to plan around humidity, downpours, and the occasional afternoon thunderstorm that rewrites everyone’s afternoon. Elena is direct, methodical, and genuinely annoyed by change orders that could have been avoided. She keeps the job moving without making the homeowner feel like a bystander in their own house.
Daniel O., Service Coordinator
Daniel O. is the person who answers when you call Bradford Remodeling Co Tampa at a strange hour and a live voice picks up. He runs scheduling, material orders, and the daily coordination that keeps three crews from standing around. Daniel has an unhurried way of explaining what happens on day one, day ten, and day thirty, and he writes everything down. He’s the reason you know who is coming to your house before they get there. Outside work, Daniel is rebuilding a boat that will probably never touch Tampa Bay, and he’s at peace with that.
Priya S., Apprentice
Priya S. joined the team two years ago, and she’s in that stage of the trade where every week teaches her something she hadn’t known to ask about. She works alongside Elena and Marcus on demos, rough-in, and the long middle stretch of a remodel when nothing looks finished but everything matters. Priya is careful, quick to ask questions, and already faster at reading a tape than some veterans we’ve met. She keeps a notebook in her back pocket and writes down every trade term she hears, then asks what it means if no one explains it soon enough.
One Standard, Every Job
Bradford Remodeling Co Tampa is independently owned and operated, and every one of our people works to one measure: The Garrison Standard, with The Garrison Code behind it. That means uniformed technicians who show up on time, a written price before any work starts, and no numbers that move at the door. It means materials with manufacturer documentation, from Cambria and Silestone surfaces to Moen and Kohler fixtures, so specifications are traceable and quality is never left to guesswork. At job close, “squared away” means the site is clean, the scope is documented, and the signed 365-Day Done Right Promise is in your hand. If the work fails inside that year, we come back and correct it at no charge. We don’t hand that promise out lightly, and our crew takes it personally.
